During my web surfing, I spy and article that sounds interesting. I click the link and read the first few sentences. A pop-up video covers half the screen with an unskipable 30 second ad. I pause the ad because I do not care to watch it nor do I care what video follows. I'm not here to watch videos. I'm here to read this article, which already my interest is waning in. I know this is one of my free articles this month so I push through and try to care. This article is much longer than I thought it would be. It's actually not that interesting. Whenever I scroll down, a small overlay playing a video follows the screen.
